NexaSoft Dynamics provides an AI-powered coding assistant platform that operates on a credit-based pricing model. Users purchase credits to access AI-assisted coding features including code completion, debugging, and multi-model AI support.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with third parties.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our platform using Razorpay payment gateway.

• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment processing is handled securely through Razorpay.
• You agree to pay all charges at the prices listed at the time of purchase.

5. No Refund Policy

All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged for a monetary refund. Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate malicious code, malware, or code intended to cause harm.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
• Use automated tools to excessively access the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

Code generated using our AI tools is provided as-is for your use. NexaSoft Dynamics does not claim ownership of code you generate using the Service. However, all Service branding, design, and proprietary technology remain the property of NexaSoft Dynamics.

8. Limitation of Liability

NexaSoft Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
