No Refund Policy
All purchases made on NexaSoft Dynamics are final and non-refundable. Once AI credits are purchased and added to your account, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded in any form.
Why No Refunds?
As a digital service provider, our AI credits are consumed instantly upon use. The nature of our digital product makes it impossible to "return" consumed services. This policy applies to all credit purchases regardless of usage.
Order Cancellation
Since credits are delivered instantly upon successful payment, there is no window for order cancellation. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming payment.
- Before Payment: You may cancel at any time before completing the payment process.
- After Payment: Once payment is confirmed and credits are delivered, cancellation is not possible.
Failed or Duplicate Transactions
In the event of a failed or duplicate transaction:
- If your payment was debited but credits were not added, please contact us immediately with your payment reference ID.
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors will be investigated and resolved.
- We will verify the transaction with Razorpay and either add the credits or initiate a reversal for duplicate charges.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Free Plan
The free plan provides complimentary credits at no cost. These credits are provided as a courtesy and carry no monetary value for refund purposes.
Exceptions
In extremely rare cases, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of NexaSoft Dynamics management. Such exceptions are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
